Strategy
Coat of Quickening's 10% cooldown reduction makes it quite useful in various situations, even when later Super Rare and Epic gear pieces are unlocked. A prime example is the battle against Zaluss The Demolisher, in which Witch uses the cooldown reduction to cast Hex and Curse as often as possible and stun-lock the dragon. The downside is that it provides very minimal defense and no attack bonus, which makes it an unfavorable pick for tanking heroes like Monk or offensive heroes like Kensai. In these cases, a better choice would be Aetheron Robes or Vicious Vestments.
